Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is accepted only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video without cuts or edits is mandatory for exchange claims.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or different screen settings and are not considered defects.
  • Slight variations in hand-painted products are natural and make each piece unique; these are not considered defects.
  • No exchange is available for products that have been stitched, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or purchased during clearance sales.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • We currently do not offer returns or refunds.
