Exchange Policy
- Exchange is accepted only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
- Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video without cuts or edits is mandatory for exchange claims.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
- Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or different screen settings and are not considered defects.
- Slight variations in hand-painted products are natural and make each piece unique; these are not considered defects.
- No exchange is available for products that have been stitched, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or purchased during clearance sales.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- We currently do not offer returns or refunds.
- For exchange requests, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear, unedited unboxing video.
